Who we are
REACHA is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities where they are needed most. We work with communities across conflict-affected and underserved regions, empowering young people through skill development, education, rehabilitation, and livelihood programs. By bringing together the Indian Army, CSR partners, governments, and local communities, we transform resources into lasting impact.

Through rehabilitation initiatives, REACHA has supported 3,050 young people, helping individuals reconnect with opportunity, confidence, and their communities.
A growing network of 21 Smartpur Centres across 8 districts continues to expand access to learning, skills, and community development throughout Kashmir.
