More than a decade ago, REACHA began with a simple belief: meaningful opportunities can transform lives. What started as a single initiative in Kashmir has grown into a journey spanning communities across India, empowering young people through education, skill development, rehabilitation, and livelihood opportunities.
Our story has never been about expanding into more places. It has always been about reaching the people who need opportunity the most. By working alongside the Indian Army, CSR partners, governments, and local communities, we have built trusted programs that create lasting impact where it matters most.
Over the years, REACHA's journey has grown from skill development centres in Baramulla to rebuilding communities in Uri, supporting young entrepreneurs across Kashmir, and bringing divided communities together through education in Manipur. Every milestone reflects the strength of collaboration and the resilience of the people we serve.
Today, REACHA continues to expand across new regions, carrying forward the same purpose that shaped its beginning, to restore hope, unlock potential, and create pathways toward brighter futures.

The unrest that swept Kashmir in 2016 left communities facing one of their most uncertain periods. Schools closed, businesses slowed, and an entire generation put its plans on hold.
